My cuisine in a few word
I'm a simple person, passioned about old and antique flavours, I like the cuisine of our grandmothers, old copper pots in wich sauces simmmered for hours.
I like to make my guests feel as though they were eating at home, pleasing importance on professionality and quality og ingredients.
We offer tipical umbrian dishes, but I am also fond of Tuscan and Roman specialities. Simply put, I absolutely adore cooking for guests and myself, fell them with special attention, I do it with passion,
